At Ex Fis, safety and quality are fundamental to every aspect of our operations. We are committed to delivering safe, efficient, and consistent fueling services across our global network—underpinned by a disciplined operating culture and a continuously evolving quality framework. All fueling activities, maintenance protocols, and product integrity checks are conducted in full compliance with our Integrated Management System, certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. These standards govern our activities in storage, transportation, distribution, into-plane fueling, and retail and wholesale fuel supply.

Our in-house laboratory, Ex Fis Labs, located in Kosovo, is accredited under ISO 17025 for testing of petroleum derivatives. The lab performs comprehensive quality control, including physical and chemical testing aligned with EI, ASTM, and ISO standards. Beyond internal assurance, Ex Fis has the capability to design, establish, and manage mobile or fixed fuel laboratories for remote site operations or customer-specific installations—ensuring real-time product compliance even in the most challenging environments.

Ex Fis is JIG-certified, ensuring that our into-plane operations and fuel handling practices align with internationally recognized aviation fueling standards. This commitment is supported by our QA Back Office, which coordinates global quality assurance activities, provides technical assistance and compliance oversight. Personnel trained through our Aviation Training Center in Kosovo—and grounded in the Ex Fis safety culture—are deployed worldwide, bringing consistent technical standards, operational discipline, and professionalism to every location we serve.

Ex Fis Labs

Ex Fis Labs is our in-house petroleum testing division, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 for the analysis of petroleum derivatives. Strategically located in Kosovo, the laboratory is fully integrated into our operational framework and serves as a cornerstone of our quality assurance system.

Specialized in the testing of jet fuel, diesel, and gasoline, the lab ensures that all fuels handled by Ex Fis meet the required international specifications and operational standards across aviation, defense, and commercial applications.

Beyond internal quality control, Ex Fis Labs also offers third-party testing services and supports the deployment of mobile or permanent laboratories for clients operating in remote, high-risk, or mission-specific environments. The lab’s capabilities contribute to the global consistency, traceability, and reliability of Ex Fis fuel operations.
